esta es mi primera junta con la asociación Apangora (mi contraparte) entonces decido preparar unos bizcochitos de grasas y otros dulces bañados en azúcar negra (me sale mejor cuando las hago con mi papá pero por ser la primer vez, creo q aprueban con un sabor apto para el consumo)…siempre me ha parecido no solo un lindo gesto pero también un acto ineludible llevar algo a todo tipo de reunión –como se ve mi mamá me educó bien; bueno, entonces con la receta q mi viejo me dio ayer, elaboro con mucho amor estas masitas…la junta se confirmó para las 1800 hrs y conociendo lo q es la “hora ecuatoriana” llego a las 1815 hrs…y ahí estábamos, los bizcochitos, yo y un de los presidentes de la asociación…otra media hora pasa y aparecen dos…recién a la hora llegan unos cinco mas…los socios son un total de quince, la mitad vino…los bizcochitos eran un éxitos porque antes de terminar las presentaciones ya se habían acabados…nadie me dijo q estaban ricos pero yo sé q los paladares saborearon cada pedacito del amor mío…para resumir un cachito, la junta empezó a las 1900 hrs, a las 2140hrs llegaron las ultimas personas y a las 2215 hrs se culminó la sesión con votos finales y cada cual a su chocita…

this is my first meeting with the association Apangora (my counterpart) so I decided to prepare some salty and sweet biscuits, the sweet ones were completely covered in brown sugar (they usually turn out better when I make them with my dad, but for being my first time i believe the flavor of the biscuits are suitable for public consumption)…I’ve always thought that not only is it a nice gesture but also an inexorable act to bring something to all types of gatherings –as you may see my mother taught me well…so, with the recipe my dad gave me yesterday, I elaborate these treats with a lot of love…the meeting was confirmed at 6 PM and knowing the “ecuadorian time” I arrive at 6:15PM…there we were, the biscuits, myself and one of the partners…another half an hour passes and two appear…after an hour five more show-up…the partners total 15, and half attended…the biscuits were a success for before even finishing the introductions, all the entire bowl was emptied…no one said they were good but I know their palates savored every little piece of my love…to summarize a bit, he meeting started at 7 PM, the last people arrived at 9:40PM and at 10:15 PM the session culminated with some final votes and then each to their home.
